Alami Rote is a “Health-oriented and nature conscious Market and bakery supplying the necessities of Rote habitants and tourists”. An area for storage, kitchen, retail food display, tables, and bar are requested. The materials to build the project are: limestone brick cut by hand, round wood beams, palm roof, some walls will have plaster. The furniture and some details will be assembled in the place with recycled wood.
